We have extensive experience valuing vacant land in the Lower and Upper Peninsulas of Michigan. These appraisals have proven to be some of the more rewarding and lovely properties while being the most difficult to access.  It is not uncommon for us to travel by vehicle as far as we can and then switch to foot or mountain bike to reach a property.  We recently added drone photography to access even the most remote, inaccessible properties.
