Our residential appraisals are, more often than not, completed for unique residential properties.  Think lakefront homes on Lake Michigan,  sprawling vacation compounds on Lake Charlevoix with a boat house, or homes with riverfront property.  That being said, we can accommodate typical home appraisals but not in the typical way.  Sill Appraisal group does not use simple fill in the blank forms.  We find these forms to be constricting, limiting, and not flexible enough for the unique properties we routinely value. Each Sill Appraisal Group report is tailored to the property at hand.
